Our process starts with planning, and is supported by conceptual or order-of-magnitude estimates. Design then starts with a schematic design stage, followed by a design development stage, and culminates in a construction document state.

Throughout the preconstruction process, we always take into account constructability of all the building elements. The preconstruction team participates in design decisions, evaluations, studies, value engineering, value analysis, scheduling, constructability reviews, and more. Our team has unique knowledge of building that only comes from hands-on experience, which allow our team to effectively assesses requirements, develop a plan of action, implement objectives and evaluate results.

Project owners who wish to delegate single source responsibility for their project should talk to us about our Design/Build program.  Under this program, Romark Construction Enterprises, Inc. selects and hires the design team and coordinates the entire design and construction process, including program development, budgeting, schematic design, design development, contract document preparation, scheduling, construction and commissioning.  This single source solution works well for clients who do not have the available time for multiple points of contact. Our Construction Management Department administers the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion. Our team is aimed at meeting our client's requirements to produce functionally and financially viable projects.

Our General Contracting Department controls the day-to-day oversight of a construction site, management of vendors and trades, and the communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project. A custom program will be developed combining key areas of work to address your company’s specific needs. We will create a clear and accountable roadmap identifying deliverables, schedule, defined cost and most importantly identifying specific goals, milestones and expectations.
